Other Reviews of locomotive Models that are  not always classified or presented as types used on UK national rail network:

Bachmann ex-WD 8F Austerity 2-8-0 class (4 star)

Although this was officially classified as a British Railways Standard class locomotive, the class began their career in the War Department and many worked outside of the UK national rail network and indeed outside the UK.

  Detailometer 4, Outlineometer 4.5, Finishometer 4, Motorometer 3.5, Powerometer 5, Specometer 3 (non DCC Ready)/4, Valueometer 3.5,Locoyardometer 3.9 (non-DCC Ready)/4.1 (DCC Ready)

Bachmann GWR 57xx/8750 class Pannier tank (5 star)

The GWR pannier tank locomotives had careers beyond the national rail network and were used by private industry and notably the Metropolitan line.

  Detailometer 3.5, Outlineometer 5, Finishometer 4.5, Motorometer 5, Powerometer 5, Specometer 4.5, Valueometer 5, Locoyardometer 4.6

Hornby (Railroad) Caledonian Pug (3 star)

This type was not used in private industry, but that this hasn’t stopped Hornby from producing the model in a variety of unusual liveries!  Presumably a tenuous link between Andrew Barclay shunters has been made.

  Detailometer 2, Outlineometer 2, Finishometer 3.5, Motorometer 2, Powerometer 2, Specometer 2, Valueometer 5, Locoyardometer 2.6

Hornby GWR Holden 101 0-4-0 Side Tank (3 star)

Another type produced by Hornby in numerous fictional private-owner liveries.  The prototype was a one-off experimental GWR locomotive that lasted for just nine years.

Detailometer 2, Outlineometer 2, Finishometer 3, Motorometer 2, Powerometer 2, Specometer 2, Valueometer 5, Locoyardometer 2.5
