One of the jewels in the crown of the magnificent National Collection is the only remaining LBSCR tender locomotive – 214 Gladstone.
Model of the Week – LSWR T9 class – 120
Our Model of the Week is the beautiful LSWR T9 class 120. Possibly one of the best looking models available in 00 scale, the locomotive also has an interesting history that we will look at today.
Rolvenden Loco Yard
Rounding off the series of blog posts looking at the Kent and East Sussex Railway is a look in the loco yard at Rolvenden. Of particular note was the line’s only tender engine – 376 Norwegian, which has recently returned to service.
