Today marks the thirtieth anniversary of the re-opening of the Watercress Line’s Ropley to Medstead and Four Marks station. An excellent article of how this happened can be found on the railway’s website. To mark the occasion, a slideshow of photographs has been put together from the many visit’s to the line that have featured in this blog, with all pictures taken on this particular section. Ah I remember it well! Has it really been 30 years! Actually I was there on the last day, last train, before it closed… Photographic evidence available!
