Can you come out to play?

Hopefully this reblog will help spread the word a little. All the best and good luck!

Playing Trains

A friend of mine, Paul Davies, is organising a model railway show in aid of four charities: Douglas McMillan (Stoke), St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice (Winsford), The Railway Children (Sandbach), and Kidney Research UK.

The event will be held at Hough Village Hall (between Crewe and Nantwich) on Saturday 4th October ’14 and Paul is currently looking for suitable layouts to make up the show. Obviously with it being in aid of charity he is hoping to keep the overheads as low as possible so local layouts, with correspondingly lower expenses, would be preferred.

Lunch will be provided for the exhibitors, along with copious amounts of tea and coffee as at all good model shows!
