The Bluebell Railway are very eager to increase the number of powerful steam locomotives that are available for service.  Schools class V 928 Stowe would be an ideal locomotive for them, so it’s no surprise that this beautiful locomotive is the focus of their current campaign!  They have released a fantastic video (see below) that looks at the locomotive and explains the costs of restoring 928 Stowe.
