I was rather pleased to be on duty today, as it meant that I was around for the first public testing of 35006 P&O. Yesterday it was being tested as far as Gotherington, but today with service trains running it chuffed up and down the Laverton-Toddington section to keep out of the way of service trains. If I’d have known in advance I’d have brought my proper camera, but as it was I had to make do with my phone. It was at least a nice day for it, unlike most of the windy, rainy photos and videos of previous testing!

There’s a possibility she may be doing the same thing tomorrow, so if you’re in the vicinity, pop by, you never know!
