Swanage Railway – Easter 2014 Visit

2014 - Swanage Railway - Swanage - Class 33 - 33202 Dennis G Robinson & Ex-LSWR M7 class - BR 30053In the midst of a busy time, a visit to the Swanage Railway provided a lovely respite!  The railway runs from Norden via Corfe Castle, Harmans Cross (below) to the lovely beach and seaside town of Swanage.  My wife and I had a lovely day out and I highly recommend a visit to the line.  Please be sure to check out the railway’s website www.swanagerailway.co.uk for details of opening times and events.

  1. If you are ever there on weekends, they do a dinner train. It’s a lot of fun and the food is decent. And in the evening you find a lot more animals to see along the way. 🙂
